Renovation of an existing Queenslander to create a new kitchen, repositioned to improve connection to adjoining spaces while enhancing access to natural light, ventilation and surrounding verandahs.

Though compact in scale, the kitchen was carefully considered, with the island bench designed as two distinct zones to support the family throughout the day - from meal preparation and working from home to after-school homework and entertaining guests.

A mid-century inspired palette, accented with playful colour and bespoke detailing, brings personality and warmth to the space, resulting in a kitchen that is both highly functional and uniquely expressive of the client’s vision.
